Overview

Riola is a thin office for rental operators: enquiry to signed contract, deposit, inventory hold and crew assignment in one place. It exists because the chokehold is operational — five logins, a spreadsheet, and a group chat — not because a generic booking tool was missing a landing page.

What it does

• Requests against real equipment availability, not a free-text calendar
• Contracts and deposit invoices go out together; the customer signs in the browser
• Inventory locks when the deposit lands, so a Saturday cannot double-book the same kit
• Staff coverage, job assignments and warehouse pull lists live next to the booking
